ORMOND BEACH (June 5, 2007) – Hudson Tool & Die Company, Inc. is now doing business as Hudson Technologies. President Mark Andrews said, “The name better reflects the fact that Hudson is a customer centric organization focused on providing engineered solutions to our customers’ enclosure needs.”

Hudson Technologies is a leading manufacturer of precision, deep drawn metal enclosures, or cases, and stampings. Located in Ormond Beach, FL, Hudson Technologies uses a variety of high performance metals including stainless steel and titanium. Design engineers turn to Hudson Technologies to produce seamless, metal enclosures for technology whether they need a prototype or high-volume production.

Hudson Tool & Die Company was founded in 1940 in New Jersey by Charles Batka. In 1961, Hudson Tool & Die purchased 70 acres along North US Highway 1 in Ormond Beach where a second plant opened in 1969. The company was purchased by JSJ Corporation in 1984. All operations were consolidated to the Ormond Beach plant in 1991 and the facilities in New Jersey were closed.
