Charles Batka founded Hudson Tool & Die Company in 1940. Since then, the company began doing business as Hudson Technologies and established a reputation as one of the leading manufacturers of deep drawn metal enclosures and stampings in the United States.

We’ve garnered extensive design and manufacturing experience throughout our over 80 years in operation. The knowledge and skills gained from this experience, combined with our state-of-the-art equipment, stringent quality control standards, and numerous industry certifications, enable us to provide metal components and assemblies that fully meet any customer specification and standard.

Our manufacturing facility contains all of the metalworking equipment we need to provide complete metal parts and products to our customers, such as stamping presses, machining tools, and finishing systems.
