Charles Batka founded Hudson Tool & Die Company in 1940. Since then, the company began doing business as Hudson Technologies and established a reputation as one of the leading manufacturers of deep drawn metal enclosures and stampings in the United States.
We’ve garnered extensive design and manufacturing experience throughout our over 80 years in operation.
