This highly precise stamping process produces extremely accurate three-dimensional metal parts of detailed or complex designs.

Deep draw stamping is among the quickest methods for high-volume metal component manufacturing and production. The metal sheet or metal blank is secured to a die, and the press is activated, triggering a punch against the die with up to 400 tons of force. This metal stamping method is performed at room temperature and is known as a cold-forming or cold-working process. Cold-forming allows for greater accuracy, tighter tolerances, and cleaner finishes for deep drawn metal parts.
