Furnace Operator:

Operator responsibilities include: loading baskets to maximize production, monitoring all gages for proper gas flows and temps, learning soldering operations and furnace brazing setups, and maintaining workplace organization and housekeeping. Previous press operator and lean manufacturing experience preferred.

Regional Sales Manager: East Region:

Our regional sales managers need to build and maintain positive client and customer relationships within the Eastern US region enabling exceptional customer service. Managers need to possess detailed knowledge of products offered and interact directly with customers and sales reps to educate them on our products and develop solutions to win and maintain business along with developing and executing region and customer account business plans and strategy.

In Process/Final inspector 1st Shift:

Inspectors perform in-process inspections on product samples taken from current production runs and first piece inspection on new set-ups or raw materials. 1 year in quality-discipline related to inspection fields preferred. Lean manufacturing experience preferred.

EHS Coordinator:

The EHS coordinator participates as a member of the Environmental Team in maintaining environmental compliance with all regulatory requirements from City, County, State and Federal agencies. This individual is responsible for performing and initiating all activities in support of environmental health and safety initiatives, ensuring effective and efficient compliance with local, state and federal regulations and agencies, managing facility safety processes to protect employees, company, the environment, and provide a safe and healthy workplace.

Maintenance Technician – 2nd/3rd Shift:

Provides maintenance technical expertise to support manufacturing, facilities and preventive maintenance systems. Responsibilities include dismantling, relocating, moving, welding, repairing and installing shafts, gears, pulleys, clutches, hoists, conveyors and
other facility or production equipment or power presses. HS diploma or GED equivalent plus 3 years mechanical trade experience preferred

Tool & Die Maker – 2nd Shift:

Builds, fabricates, modifies, and repairs a wide variety of precision tools, dies, jigs and fixtures for deep drawn and stamping products made from a variety of alloys. Understands drawings, written and verbal instructions, and standard and unconventional machining methods to be used when utilizing tool room machine tools and hand tools. HS diploma or equivalent required. Completion of formal four year Tool & Die apprentice training program preferred.

Lead CNC/Laser Programmer – 2nd Shift:

Sets up, program and maintain the 5-Axis Laser and CNC equipment (Production Lathes & Mills) and auxiliary equipment in support of production requirements. HS diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of two years college level CNC Machining education preferred.

Customer Service/Quality Manager:

Responsibilities include: Developing systems & procedures that ensure timely submission of quotes and purchase orders to customers and participating in continuous improvement processes individually and with various teams, and champions projects to improve cost, quality, and delivery. Bachelor’s Degree in Quality, Engineering or equivalent experience and 5 years within a quality field with a minimum of 3 years in a management role required

Tool Design Engineer:

Ensures the timely, accurate, and successful translation of tooling design requirements into manufacturable tooling. B.S. Engineering or equivalent with a concentration in mechanical design for tooling or metal forming preferred. Minimum of 5 years of tool and die design and deep draw stamping manufacturing experience preferred.

Press Operator:

Operates single, double action, hydraulic or mechanical presses and other equipment necessary to perform a wide range of production operations such as draw, re-draw, trimming, sizing, flattening, piercing, ironing, etc. Previous press operator experience preferred. Lean manufacturing experience preferred.

Independent Manufacturing Representative

Representatives must be comfortable reading technical blueprints and discussing precision tolerances with engineers as you are talking to purchasing agents and selling through multi-level / multi-functional customer relationships. Must have experience proven success selling engineered solutions and thrive in a collaborative, strategic environment.
