Materials
Cold rolled steel, stainless steel 200-400 series, aluminum, copper, brass, Monel®, titanium, Hastelloy®, Kovar®, nickel, Inconel®, HY-MU 80 (other shielding alloys available), Cupro nickel, nickel silver and others.

- Material thickness: .002″ to .187″ (0.05 mm to 4.75 mm)
- Flat and corrugated metal diaphragms: 0.200″ – 18.00″ in diameter and 0.001″ – 0.0005″ thick.
Precision / Tolerances
- Tolerances as low as +/- .002” (.05 mm) on custom cases
- Tolerances as low as +/- .0005” (.0127 mm) on precision headers
- Drawn corner radii as small as .005″ (0.127 mm)
Finishing Processes
- Aqueous degreasing, deburring, heat treating and passivation
- Anodizing, polishing, painting, powder coating, bead blasting and plating
- Modifications: piercing, extruding, bulging, coining, tapping and machining
- Resistance spot welding, TIG welding, laser welding and brazing to MIL specifications
- Assembly of components and brackets to deep drawn enclosures
